Our terms are simple, straightforward and friendly and as a customer you agree to them when purchasing from www.lifestyletrees.co.uk We kindly request no misuse, fraud or interference to our website – any such action will be pursued vigorously by the relevant authorities.

Orders

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and we aim to deliver your order within five working days. If there is a problem, we will contact you either by email or by telephone. If you are not entirely satisfied with our proposal, you can cancel at any time.

Payment

All goods must be paid for prior to despatch. If there should be any stock shortages affecting your order we will inform you as soon as possible.

Returns

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us in writing by email, post or fax within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will then arrange collection and once we have received and checked your goods, we will send you a full refund including the return carriage charge you have paid. If the goods are not damaged or faulty, the carriage charge will be deducted from your refund.

Carriage 

Delivery is free within mainland UK only on all orders over £25 - with the exception of the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. For these areas, please call us on 01246 592000 and we will provide you with a delivery quote. There is a carriage charge of £7.50 on all orders under £25.

Please always check your goods on arrival or sign “unexamined”. Clearly if the goods are visibly damaged, do not accept them and please notify us immediately. If you are unsure whether you will be present to accept the delivery, you can always leave a note (at your risk) to instruct the Driver where to deliver or leave the goods e.g. by the back door, with a neighbour, in the garage etc.

Showroom visits

 We welcome visits and collection of orders from our Showroom by prior appointment only; Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.  Please phone for details and instructions how to find us.  We are situated between Matlock and Chesterfield in Derbyshire within 10 miles of the M1. All visitors to our showroom receive an extra 10% off their purchases - including special offers and Multibuys!
